Set up:

This 1300 square foot space at 855 Inca Street in Denver is intended to be completely modular and ideal for 20-30 person gathering. Recliner chairs, room dividers and caddies are able to be utilized for patrons or stored to open the space for movement class, yoga or lecture space. Upon reservation, you will be asked of your needs. This is a shared building of all sorts of creatives so we ask to be clear of your sound request- I.E. if you need it to be quiet, we will do our best to inform the other tenants in the building. If your event will be making a lot of noise please consider scheduling outside of business hours so we may accommodate the healers in the building. Consider this a DIY Community Space. We are able to keep prices low because we work together in upkeep of the space. We hope to welcome you!

Rental rates:

Hourly at $30/hour

Half day rental $100/4 hours

Full day rental $175/day (8-10 hours)

Optional offerings upon request:

Chairs, tables, large whiteboard, cubbies for guests

Building offerings:

Two restrooms

A kitchenette with microwave/toaster oven/sink/some dishes

Optional opening of the garage door into rental space for fresh air and light, opens to the parking lot for easy access

Parking lot and street parking for patrons attending class
