Steamed Pears Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pear per serving 
- 1 tbsp coconut oil per pear 
- 1 tsp honey per pear 
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon 
STEPS
- Slice pear(s) in half and remove seeds and stem. 
- Rub pear(s) with coconut oil and honey. Tip: If your coconut oil is solidified you can wait to smear it on after the pears have warmed, start by placing a dollop of oil in the core. 
- Place pear(s) in a steaming basket and sprinkle with cinnamon. Steam pears over an inch of water 5-10 minutes until desired texture.
