Chai Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cinnamon sticks 
- 10 cardamom pods 
- 3 star anise 
- 10 black peppercorns 
- 1 thumb of ginger (sliced) 
- 6 cups of water 
STEPS
- Simmer all ingredients in a medium pot for 15 minutes. 
- Strain liquid into a jar and store in the refrigerator once cooled. 
- Serving Suggestions: - Chai Latte: Add honey and milk of your choice to taste
